Accommodation
Accommodation is provided for some roles, with the majority of our teaching staff living onsite. Our houses and flats are all based in the beautiful surroundings of Eton. -
Sports facilities
Our 25-metre pool, gym, squash and tennis courts can be used for free by everyone who works at Eton and their close family. There are designated times during term and parts of the holidays when you can enjoy all these facilities. You can also join our 9-hole golf course for an annual subscription fee. -
College gardens and grounds
Eton is set in 400 acres of beautiful grounds which are a wonderful place for a walk, or to watch a house or school match. Luxmoore’s Garden, a tranquil space on an island in the Thames near Fellow’s Eyot, is the perfect spot for quiet escape and relaxation. -

Employee Assistance Programme
Our EAP includes an independent 24/7 advice line for employees and their close family, that is staffed by clinically trained counsellors between 8am and 8pm. It also offers access to monthly wellbeing webinars and ‘Well-Online” - a Health and Wellbeing portal and app. -
Coaches & Mental Health First Aiders
We have trained life coaches and Mental Health First Aiders available at the school. Employees can talk to them on a confidential basis to deal with any challenges they may be experiencing. -
