Making your application process run smoothly

The process begins with submitting your application via our online portal. For most of our roles, the application process will include completion of personal details and provision of your CV, detailing your employment and education history. Applications are reviewed carefully against the job description, and shortlisted candidates are invited to interview. Our selection process will depend on the role that you have applied for. Interviews are held both virtually and in person, and other selection methods may also be used depending on the role. For example, if you are applying for a teaching role, all shortlisted candidates will be observed teaching a lesson and will be invited to interact with pupils in a variety of settings. If you apply for a role as a Chef, this may include you cooking a meal onsite in our kitchens.

All staff, irrespective of the role you apply for, will complete a separate safeguarding interview. Please be aware, we are required to request references and perform an online search for any candidates applying for pupil-facing roles in advance of interview. We aim to let you know whether you have been successful within three weeks of the closing date of the advert. Throughout the process, our Recruitment Team is on hand to support you with any queries or adjustments you may need.
